7. Gelatin: Gelatin is very healthy for the skin. You could add gelatin supplement in a shake that you drink for breakfast or put it in your cereal. Gelatin fills in the fine lines and eases your wrinkles.

8. Get adequate sleep: Every time you cut down your sleep cortisol is released an excess of which can cause your skin cells to break down. With the cumulative lack of sleep, your skin will start looking dull and wrinkles will appear. So make sure you get enough sleep.
